Beware of Farid Saatchi !!
Farid Saatchi is a liar, cheat, and he does not pay when consigned merchandise is sold!
Two valuable antique ( 200 year old) matching Chinese vases in perfect condition were left to Saatchi's consignment for sale--with a promised net proceeds of $3,000 to the owner-- which he openly displayed in his then Culver Street, Irvine, CA store. Several times Mr. Saatchi said that he took them to special displays in Los Angeles and had received many bids to buy them. Then, without notice to the vase owner, he moved his store to Mission Viejo where the vases were no longer dsiplayed.
When asked for payment of the vases, Mr. Saatchi said that he did not know what had happened to them--that they were maybe lost or misplaced in the move---and that he needed sometime to collect on a very large insurance LOSS claim--of which the vases were a part!! Several weeks later, Mr. Saatchi stopped saying that he would be getting money from an insurance LOSS claim and suggested that the owner pick out some jewelry instead of getting $3,000 cash. This was, at first, rejected by the owner but later agreed to accept a solid 18k gold bracelet as full settlement. Saatchi agreed and said by email that he had ordered the bracelet. Three weeks later he said the gold bacelet could be avaiable if the vase owner PAID HIM about $2,000. This offer was rejected by the vase owner who then picked out a less expensive gold bracelet which Saatchi, again said, that he had orderd. Two weeks later, Saatchi said that this second bracelet could be available only if he was paid-upfront- a large part of the retail price.This charade of Saatchi's continued with two more offers of a 18K solid gold chain--which he reneged on--and tried to convert to a gold plated chain.
Farid Saatchi is patently a dishonest man, he is a frequent liar, he changes his lies frequently, he is a crook, he takes advantage of people. Just review the many other complaints about him and realize that of his "taken" customers, many have not taken the time and effort to tell the world about his dishonestly. ALL of you folks should not do business with Farid Saatchi and you need to tell your friends and neighbors the same.

FARID SAATCHI continues in his LIFE of LIES--He continues to be a CROOK and a LIAR!!!!
STAY away from FARID SAATCHI
Previous to his rebuttal to my RIP OFF REPORT, FARID SAATCHI never once denied possessing the valuable chinese vases "on consignment" for sale!!! Not once before did he ever deny holding the vases for sale!!! His denial at this late stage is just a another classic example of Saatchi lying--he lies so much that he cannot possibly know when he is telling the truth.!!!
If he has videos of previous watch and ruby sale transactions, as he has said,---then he has videos of when the vases were brought in, handed to him for "consignment to sell" and for weeks they sat on his glass counter top---then for several more months they were prominently displayed on a mirrored stand in the back of the Irvine Jewelry Mart !!
I doubt if he has spoken to the well known Jeweler who had his display counter just opposite Saatchi's at the Irvine Jewelry Mart. I, also doubt that all 10 of the other jewelers would lie on his behalf!!!
Just look at the numerous other bad reports on this crook, Farid Saatchi, of Mission Viejo, California. Those reporters had no reason to make up a false report and neither do I. FARID SAATCHI has lied, lied and CONTINUES TO LIE --now, by calling me a liar. THIS man needs to be stopped!!!!!

I Farid Saatchi am the owner of Saatchi jewelry for 35 years. I work 7 days a week from 7 am to 7 pm we have been in family diamond business for over 10 generations
I am 12 hours a day at my store to help and service over 100 customers a day and love to help MR rex with his false and fake review and make every thing perfect
He came to our Irvine store and sold ruby and diamonds around $10,000 and got paid and we have all paperwork and receipts and audio and video recording of % years ago transaction
He lies about something that does not even has a receipt for we have insurance if he has a legit case which we asked many times and was proven that he is just a simple lier
No case , No proof , Just making accusations, we tried many times to give him a gift like store credit even though he cant show us any claim ticket or proof of any items left We contacted over 10 jewelers at our old location, Irvine jewelry mart , all ten jewelery stores said he is making up stories www.mrsaatchi.com will give him any gift he likes at no cost to solve his problem but with no paperwork of any kind it is impossible to help wase was a set up to lie and steal , A gift will make him happy hopefully until he supplys us with some thing in writing
