I purchased a case for my iPod Nano. It was on sale and they say it states that sale items will not be refunded but I don't know where it says that....but it doesn't matter anyway when we're talking about FALSE ADVERTISING. When I got the hard case in the mail I was excited and opened it up only to find that it was sticky all over (it has tiny rhinestones all over and are stuck on with some kind of glue) and when I put it on my ipod I found that the strap at the bottom, which keeps the ipod from falling out, covers the hole to plug in an audio device so the thing is useless. I was very disppointed at the poor quality and the nasty stickyness alone and on top of that I can't even use it! So I e-mailed them and said it didn't work for my ipod and it was sticky all over and even if they could exchange it for one that didn't cover the audio plug I woulnd't want to deal with the sticky rhinestones. If they had described it properly on their website I wouldn't have purchased it. I can't stand sticky stuff and can't imagine how dirty and nasty it would get if I had attempted to use it. So they said their policy on sale items is all sales are final but they would exchange it. I explained again that even if they sent a functioning case I couldn't deal with the sticky glue. Again they wrote back shoving their policy in my face again as if they weren't real people and they're just computers that can't comprehend that maybe a refund is the right thing to do in this situation even though their policy says they don't do that. They weren't compassionate at all and didn't even seem human. They didn't have any other item that I wanted. This went on for quite a few e-mails. Now they stopped replying and are ignoring me. I think they have that policy for items they know are crap and if people could get refunds on them they certainly would and thats why they don't allow them on certain items. They have crap they need to get rid of. Simple as that. I see it as false advertising. They said it would fit my nano and didn't mention that it is sticky, because if they did NO ONE would buy this and they know that. They did not care how unsatisfied I am as a new customer and stuck to their precious policy.

I'm sure many of their sales go just fine. The problem is how they handled me when it didn't go well. I just hope this serves as a fair warning for anyone who buys from them. If you do, I hope you don't need the help from customer service!
