ordered an item for vacation in May, never received item after numerous attempts, customer service has incorrect grammar in all communication, finally received notice I would receive a refund in 10-20 days all the while sending me coupons for another purchase? Still no refund after 30 days and they asked me to be patient? I am emailing everyday and will complain to every public outlet I can
