 On June 3 2017 I ordered 4 items from Fashionmia online. One bathing suit, one long-sleeved long dress, one pencil denim skirt, and one polka dot dress. The bathing suit came by itself and was delivered on June 24th and fit fine and was as described. The long sleeved long dress and the pencil skirt was received on July 8th and had to be returned (using USPS) because the long-sleeved long dress was not as described (it came as a one-sleeved dress instead of two sleeves and was not the right size, too big) and the pencil skirt was not the right size either (waay too small). The polka dot dress just never showed up and after some inquiry I found out that they did not have this in stock and that they would be refunding me. (Which I had to find out after multiple contacts, they never notified me on their own that they did not have the item in stock. I had to find out over a month later after I ordered the item).

During multiple emails back and forth by emailing directly and using their website they offered for me to use the money to order something else which I stated that I didn't want to do because I already had a bad experience ordering clothing from them and that I just wanted my refund. I initiated the refund for the polka dot dress on 7/18/17 for $23.76 and initiated the refund for the pencil skirt and the long dress on 7/27/17 for $47.76 for a total of $71.52 owed to me. They stated that they had to first apply the refund to my Fashionmia wallet which would take 72 hours to process then I had to wait 12 hours to ask for it be withdrawn from my wallet and refunded to my original payment method which would take 7-25 working days. The withdrawal request was done on 7/27/17 for the $23.76 and 8/11/17 for the $47.76. On 8/11/17 I was told again that they would speed up the processing time for the refund and that it should take 7-25 working days.

They also asked for a copy of my ID front and back and a copy of my utility bill to show my address to which I responded that I would not be providing that information because I felt that it was an invasion of privacy and that I would cause me to subject to identity theft. I've never needed to provide that information to get refunded for a purchase before and they didn't need that information to charge my card so why would the information be needed to process my refund? Also it's been 52 working days since 8/11/17 which does not include holidays or weekends which is much longer then their quoted 7-25 working days policy.

I have since emailed and called and left messages inquiring on my refund and the last communication I had with them was on 10/11/17 stating they will try their best to speed up the processing time and make my issue their first priority and will keep me informed when the refund has been completed on October 20, 2017. It is October 26th, 2017 and I still have not heard from anyone since the last email and no surprise still don't have my refund. I don't want coupons or store credit I just want my refund. I paid for my merchandise on time (June 3rd!!) Returned it when it was either not available, not as described, too small, & too big. Even provided them with the tracking number for how I shipped it and now months later I still don't have my refund. I have copies of all the information I've provided and all of the emails sent back and forth. This is HORRIBLE business practices and customer service. All I want is my refund. Please assist.
