I hired this company after being lured in by their affordable price. Sounded too good to be true and it was.
When the movers arrived to pack my things the movers said that they were not told that they were instructed to pack and thus it would cost me more (even though I had a signed contract that included this service). I thought this a scam from then on, but since I was out of state already, I had no other choice. Figured I could take this up with the company the following day.
The next day when my furniture was guaranteed to arrive, I received a phone call that the truck broke down and that in addition to that they would be an additional charge based on their false guestimate of the weight of my things. After this phone call it was almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. I called numerous times trying to find out the status of the repair of the truck and couldn't get an answer until about 10 days later. Their response would be that it would be on the next truck going out my way. They claimed they had 21 days to deliver (not according to my paperwork).
The best part of my story is the end... the fact that there is no resolution. After many phone calls and emails seeking the location of all of my belongings my last attempt (yesterday) was met with a website that was down and all known contact numbers disconnected! The only solace is that it appears no one will get screwed over by this fraudulent company again.
