If you get locked out of your house do not call fast service locksmith, america's fast service locksmith, east cobb locksmith, or any of the many names that they are under if you just search for a locksmith on google.

We got locked out and called them. It said $19 online, after they opened the door, they gave us a bill for $114. When we questioned it, we were told that the $19 is just for them to come out.

The guy was able to easily open the door in less time then he spent trying to convince us that he would need to drill the lock (to charge us even more). When we talked to the extremely rude supervisor we told her that when we didn't have that kind of money to spend on that esp when it said $19 not $114. She then told us that they could throw our keys back in the house and close the door or they could call the cops. When we told them to go ahead, she called the technician and told him to try to talk to us. He lowered it to $75 and told us we had already signed the paper so our hands were tied, that "he knew we were lying about not having the money for that" and that "this has happened before."

It def made for a bad day and apparently after some research and noticing 2 names on the receipt plus only a po box address, it is part of a big scam to rip people off. They have several names and numbers that all go to a central place in New York and are quoting people prices then charging diff after the job is done. Please pass this along so that no one else will use them and get ripped off the same way.
