FatCow Web Hosting This company is A FRAUD from the start. They BAIT AND SWITCH! They STEAL your money! There should be a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! Internet

   Fat Cow Hosting says they have a money back guarntee but when I accidently used the wrong domain name and started a new domain, they would not refund the money for the first domain, so I paid for two domains. I made sure to cancel that account so that it would not renew again this year.  I checked the box to not auto-renew. You guessed it.. It auto renewed.

    I talked to a few different people to try to get it cancelled and $180 (almost double first year) refunded, but they would not.  They said I had to check another box in another location to make sure it didn't renew.  It said "account will be canceled and domains cannot be renewed" in the box I checked.  The support person had no explanation for this other than well, there is this other place you have to go and turn off the domain eventhough it says domain cannot be renewed.  It is a complete fraud!  

    Besides this they advertise a cheap price but you don't have any information up front on pricing and add ons.  You do not get much unless you upgrade.  Then they raise the price way up the next year.  There are many things you must opt out of or you get charged without even knowing like "account privacy".    

   The customer support has no clue what they are doing and they don't care.  They said it is impossible for us to refund your money eventhough I have never used the domain at all! The customer support also told me when I remove the domain I should call to "make sure it is totally removed". Oh, really, not surprised there!
