I was getting married and wanting to order organza circles to wrap our party favors in. March 9--I found favorfrenzy.com and decided to order from them. I chose a light lime green color and placed the order and chose the standard (3-6 day) shipping. The charge went through on my debit card that same day and I received my receipt via email.

I got an email with an order number. I checked my order status daily and only a day had gone by when my order status changed to "Shipped" so I knew to expect the package in about 3-6 days.

March 19--Ten days later--I decided to go to the website to fill out their "Contact Us" form to find out why I hadn't received my order. The next day I got a response:

"We apologize your order took longer than normal. We had to cut more circles for that particular color and we were behind in production.

Your order is currently in transit to you. You should receive it
within 3-4 days."

So there is one lie there, because one day after I placed the order, it said it had shipped, which contradicts what she is stating, that it shipped later because they had to cut more circles!

Either way, I waited another 3-4 days like she suggested. I was getting nervous though because my wedding day was fast approaching and we wanted the favors completed ahead of time.

March 21--I filled out the "Contact Us" form again. A couple ours later I received a so-called automated email stating they were behind in email and will respond w/in 24 hours. I get no response.

March 27--I fill out the contact us form AGAIN, and get the so-called automated email stating I will get a response within another 24 hours, even though I never got a response the first time! Once again, I got no response.

March 30--I am getting VERY angry at this point. I emailed advising them I was filing a report with the BBB. I get a response stating that she just "checked" the package and that I would receive it on Monday. I asked for a tracking number, they couldn't provide me with one. So HOW ON EARTH did she "check" the package???

March 31--I receive the package which is postmarked MARCH 28!!! So the email from March 19 was definitely a lie that my order was "in transit"! It wasn't even sent out at that point!!

And guess what else? The organza wrappers were the wrong color!! They were a VERY DARK forest green, almost black looking! Who would use that for wedding favors???? So once again, I email them telling them I was going to return them. I certainly wasn't going to exchange because by them time I would receive the new color my wedding would be over with (Assuming it would take as long as this one did!)

I get an email back stating that I cannot return them because it was more than 20 days from the date of the receipt. HELLO??? I order them on MARCH 8. They weren't post marked til MARCH 28!!! That is 20 days right there!!! HOW could I return them within 20 days when they were still in HER hands on the 20th day????? And she also threw in a bit stating that even if I COULD return them, there would be a 20% restocking fee!! FOR THEIR MISTAKE! They sent the WRONG COLOR!

I read their return policy on the website and it states when returning, include details for "expediant processing of return." NOTHING about this company is expediant!

DO NOT do business with these guys!!!!

So I am stuck with these ugly organza wrappers and nothing to do with them! I ended up buying organza and cutting my own circles!!
