FCNB Eddie Bauer Ruined my credit in Cincinnati Ohio

I just found my dream house and was attempting to get pre-approval for a mortgage. My broker called me and said I had perfect credit except for one item. Apparently, FCNB has listed on my credit report than I've been late with my payment for 6 months now. I have a balance of $0.00 and have had that balance for the last 6 months. They've even sent me a statement for the last 6 months showing that THEY owe ME $6.51!

I am furious that the government has not cracked down on their destructive and fraudulent behavior! I have no recourse except to dispute it with the credit bureau. I will now lose the house and who knows if my credit will be repaired....Count me in if there's a class action lawsuit. (I haven't even begun to discuss the ridiculous late fees from the past year.)
