Feathers lover farm Sent me dead birds Rocklin California

ordred three baby chickens from this company November 20 online that’s the only way they work no ph number etc after a week emailed them and ask were my birds are was told they will ship this week or next.Waited two weeks and email them again was told the same thing waited and still no shipment emailed again this time no answer filled a complaint with bbb it seems that when she got the report from them that night she emailEd me and wanted to know why told her to read the reports and emails I sent here she was real made and said she didn’t want to wast company time with me and the birds would ship on the 19 of December

The birds were shipped on the 20 of December came two days later went to post office to pick  up the box they were in was not labeled live animals etc  the chicks were dead all three  as stiff as they were seams they were shipped dead becaus she was mad at me for filling a report to bbb there policy is they refund the money for the birds not shipping they did the bird refund right away that day the people at the post office said they should have been shipped over night there policy states the ship on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday my guess she shippEd them on Thursday thinking that they would not get to me till the following Monday this company has had complaints for problems with the way they are doing things I want my money for shipping because they didn’t do it right with live animals
