i saw them on tv. they took my money on 2/15/2009. for the last 3 months, i only got run around calls from 4 or 5 different reps. nothing has been done. they even lost my file 2.5 months later. i began to ask for money back a month ago. nothing happen so far. i've already reported to the LA chamber of commerce. i will seek legal action later.

The FTC sued them in District Court. The case is still in the works.

You might want to contact the FTC to add your fuel to the fire and hopefully get on board in case the court might order restitution to consumers.
