My husband and I heard about this on the radio, so he called to check it out, everything appeared legit, we started the FLM paperwork and sent them an initial pmt, we faxed the packet to them, they received it and stated we needed to revise a page and that they also needed 2 additional papers which were not included. after doing so we received their phone call that everything needed was received and that a team would get started on it immediately. we received a letter stating our home was to be sold on june 11, 09 so we again called the co. they said to also fax that to them, we did!

Its been 3 weeks and we have heard nothing, so we decided to call the company to find out what if anything was going on. When we did we got the message--- the number you are trying to call has been disconnected or is no longer in service. after that we pulled out all the paperwork and called all the numbers we found and received the same message. Our mortgage lender also had received the paperwork referring to them as a 3 party which could be talked too. We have heard nothing from them, don't know where to go from here, and have sent them close to 1300.00 dollars which could have been another house pmt. we can afford our house payments, but we had some things which came up to put us behind and we just couldn't get caught up. We were staying right at 2 months behind then with sending them the money for the modification put us 3 behind thus getting the foreclose notice. We would like to either find this company to finish it or to get the money back which would help to keep our home.
