Over 4 years ago I stared with Federated Finacial Servics to help with my debt. It seemed to be going fine for the for the few months. They told me an amount of time it would take to get through the progam and an amount. It is now way past the time and it seems never ending.
I have made several phone calls to the company. They seem to close early alot. When I finally get through conversations either disappear or have been changed. I called to find out why agreed on amounts are not getting paid and I am informed after return phone calls that it was do to my request. The complete oposite of why I originnally called. Getting to talk to a manager is imposable. I have not yet out of the program because I am trying to get my money back.

Since I had all the problems with Federated Financial a few months ago and added a complaint the Company has taken care of the situation and is keeping me updated on our discussions. All is going well and we are now going in the right direction. The Women I got to speak with most recently has been very helpful and is right on top of taking car of the situation.
Problems accure in all companies and maybe I had a small glitch in the system and all will be working out fine from here on in Thank You
