Ficka & Associates - William Ficka Contact the FTC about this company! Orlando Florida

I have been contacted by this agency 9 times in less than 10 weeks - 2 calls and 8 very nasty, threatening letters. This agency continues to state that I owe their client money - which I do not.
I have written to Ficka & Associates and have specifically requested validation for this alleged debt - Ficka & Associates sends nothing.
I have written this company to cease and desist all further communication - but letters stating that I have ONE FINAL CHANCE to comply and write a check continue. (How many FINAL CHANCES are there?)

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in FL. No surpise, this company is not a member, but you can see on the BBB site there are many complaints about this firm and William Ficka, the partner.
I have also contacted the Federal Trade Commission and have complained. I will do so EVERY TIME this company contacts me.
The FTC has said that, if I were to sue Ficka & Associates, I can obtain damages of $1,000 for their violations of the law. I don't want to do this, but, I will if this continues. The OTHER suggestion by the FTC was this:
If I know of others (and I do!) who are being contacted by this agency in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, then I should tell THEM to file a complaint with the FTC as well.
ONLY if there is a pattern of abuse will the FTC investigate. From what I have found just on the internet, there should be plenty for this Federal agency to go on - and to shut down these illicit practices of this company.
I urge everyone who has been illegally contacted or otherwise harassed by this company to contact the FTC. You might do better calling them, rather than filing an on-line complaint, too. The website is hard to navigate - but all the persons I have spoken with on the phone are always very nice and helpful! This is what the FTC is here for, thank goodness!

Together, maybe we can help this company to either clean up their business practices or shut this company down.
