Company claims to have a great system to support field technicians doing contract work on their platform, involving "mediation specialists" to resolve confilicts between contractors and the companies contracting them. Have filed multiple complaints about a company denying expenses that are clearly in their policy and their "outstanding support" keeps marking the case resolved without ever contacting me or informing me of what the company's reply was. I'm beginning to see that they always will side with the company and contractors are left often without any reimbursement for costs or fees to complete a job. I've lost money doing work on this platform from companies ripping off the contractor after the work is already completed and Field Nation does NOT stand up for the contactor AT ALL!
