3 products…Cheap materials…Poor construction…Unusable zipper.

By the time I got home from my trip and tried them out, Filson said they would not accept the discounted merchandise for return or exchange.

Filson discounts merchandise that gets less than favorable reviews because buyers find it unacceptable. The next buyer gets to keep it whether he finds it acceptable or not!

I ordered 3 clothing items on sale, all of which were garbage products. That is why they were on sale. Items were made to fit something other than humans. Zipper doesn’t work. Filson will not provide any measure of customer service. Open it, decide immediately, call them.
