FINE ART TREASURES - MOREI ripoff scammed me out of $7000.00 FRAUDS Pasadena California

Fine Art treasures Gallery are on channel 217 dish and 227 direect tv on Fri and Sat. nights and they are a live auction. I made the mistake of registering with them and giving them my credit card number. On Dec. 3rd i called about a platium and 4+ diamond ring just as somebody else won the bid for $14,000.00, I inquired as to the color and clarity out of couriousity, and they asked if i would consider being a back-up bidder. I replyed maybe, call me. To my horror Sun. the 4th of Dec.,2005 they managed to charge $2000.00 and $5000.00 more to my card,puting me well over my credit limit. Chase says they do this for there good customers??!! Noboby called from chase to ask if i wanted to go $5000.00 over my limit!! F.AT. called and asked me for another credit card # to put the rest of the $14,000.00 on and said they had 3rd and 4th bidders. I was really upset at what they had done behind my back and would have wanted to know alot more about this ring exp: color ,cut, clarity, carat's proportions table, floresence, is it certified?, appraisal etc. as I am in the jewelry business. I declined and told them to give the ring to the next bidder and credit my account.

I spent the next 3 weeks calling them, trying to get this removed my my credit card They were very rude and nobody ever called me back! Somebody did call me however about 5 days after Dec. 3, 2005 and asked if i would be interested in a lesser ring. I said abousouly not!just refund my money. ON Dec. 16, I recieved a paper envelope shipped by DSL using a 3rd party shipping co. called G.P.I. the only thing inside was a picture of a tree. Next on Dec. 27th like before a envelope for papers and document was sent by DSL 3rd party shipping co. with only a picture of a lyon! My step daughter signed for this I regret. I called this G.P.I. co. and asked them whats the deal? They asked me if it was a sample, or soap? I really started to get worried that F.A.T. was a scam, as the never returned not even one of my phone calls. I called 35 times to F.A.T and 5 times to G.PI.


I then turned my case over to the dispute dept. at chase and a Stephanie Smith senior Financial adviser 800-474-3360 ext67592 handled my case. I have only got 1 return phone call from her after chase .Based on their investigation, there decision reguarding my dispute was made in favor of the merchant for the following reasons: The package was signed for and received-- There is no proof the contents of the package contained painting instead of a ring.!! I was stunned to find out these thiefs claimed i ordered a lesser ring for $7000.00. They made up invoices said I vigerously bid for the ring, causing them to loose a sale, said they sent the ring in a wooden box, in the 2nd DSL envelope and insured it with a 3rd pary insurance co. called P.I.P. as DSL does not insure cash or jewelry. Also they said i never contacted them to resolve this matter or they would have cancelled my order. I am trying to redispute my case with chase and have sent them copies of all my phone bills and am sending them other information about how they have ripped-pff others. Thanks to you and the B.B.B. I hope I will be able to prove they are nothing but liars and thief. I also sent them a certified letter which was attempted to be delivered 3 times and came back to me un-opened. Does that sound like a Co. that wants to do fair business with you? Again they said I never tryed to contact them??? Chase has reversed the charged on my card for now leaving me with a bill for $7000.00 and nothing?? I am willing to talk to a attorney ,media, shout to the world what a awful Co. this is and continues to be on T.V ripping people today!! Can you help me?!?
