Firepay, Surefire Commerce Fraud, threats, scam Ripoff Quebec Canada Internet

This report, I'm sure, will be ongoing.

I'm currently in the middle of a dispute with Firepay. From what we, and our bank, have observed so far are obvious shady activities. We began to notice, on our bank statement, transactions that were made on days that we were not at home and we have no record of.

We contacted Firepay to tell them the situation and to close our Firepay account. We also informed them we had closed our bank account because of this. They sent an email confirming the closures but no other applicable response to the transactions.

Our bank filed a chargeback and gave us provisional credit for these transactions until Firepay could respond. They have never attempted to respond, as required by law. They just harrass us, threaten us, etc. We told them we'd gladly reimburse when we had proof they came from our computer and not from a virus or theft. Say they have proof, but refuse to give it to us except in a court of law...??? Hmmm???.... and...a week later... ANOTHER debit attempt from our closed Firepay account to our closed checking account. We cannot even access our Firepay account.... Hmmm???.....
