FireStone Complete Auto Care Raleigh Costly Diagnotics Inaccuracies Ripoff Memphis Tennessee

On 07/09/07 2007 My wife and I brought our 2000 Ford Expedition this Firestone with the expectation to pay for a diagnostic to identify the noises which were coming from our front suspension. After paying the diagnotic fees this began the nightmare. First off on all document that we received from the CSR. It clearly stated that after they repaired the cv axels to eliminate the noise.We picked it up on the 19th???? Before the technician drove the vehicle completely around the corner he stopped and nodded his head. He stated that it would still make noise but they fixed the axels. AFter I proceeded to drive off the lot while in motion the somewhere in the suspention I began to feel an aggresive vinration as though the bearings where dry and damaged. Also It made a louder noise than before. I immediatley brought it back and they broke it down and said they would have to purchase a froint axel bearing both sides and a CAT FRONT HOUSING R&R DIFF??? $309.99 for this part alone. After after 8 days later which in between time we were continously given different part arrival dates which were all inconsistent from the next persons rational of why it was taking so long. After Identifying what seemed like the root of the problem that we were attemting to get resolved the first diagnostic.... lo and behold We spent the 1191.03 to get the mysterious 2nd problem fixed. The CSR waive the Labor on the second repair however after two days of standard operation the truck as agin to make even more noises but also its pulling to the right at speed of (60) or more Expressway....This problem hasnt been resolved yet but I intend to seek legal action if the deny accountablity of this lack of correct information and failure to deliver the quality of service which an established company has suckh as Firestone.
