So I requested my refund a week ago. I called FIRST FINANCIAL LENDING GROUP and inquiring when I am suppose to be receiving my refund. I dialed zero for customer service. This person did not tell me his name. He stated that he did not know anything about my file but I should be receiving it soon.

I have also called for Jason Benson and Scott Harper same day as well, but they are supposedly always in a meeting. Thereafter, I called Jason after hours. He answered his phone with just a plain "Hello." If this was a true company, they would have answered in some professional way.

When I spoke to Jason, he said that he was not in the office so he does not have his files.

On a side note, when you ask any of these "representatives" regarding the refund, they get very rude and aggressive and try to get you off the phone as soon as possible.

Thanks to these people, I am now looking for a third job to give the money back to my family that they have scammed out of me.

IT is so important for people to know that IT IS ILLEGAL IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA TO ASK FOR MONEY OR AN INSURANCE POLICY UP FRONT for ANY LOAN!!! They are also asking for you to moneygram/western union to and individual!! I am sorry this has happened to you but help is available. Let's get these guys and send them to prison where they belong!!!! Look on line for bad credit loan warning to find the help you need.
