First Capital Consumers Group, Transglobal consumer fraud ripoff Buffalo New York

I was contacted by a man from Transglobal credit. (First Capital Consumers Group) Saying I was approved for a mastercard and a visa with the limit of 2500 each for a one time fee of 200 dollars. After the debit from my account they would send out the credit cards in 10-14 days. Well I had some questions regarding the cards and tried calling the customer number given and found that it had been disconnected and changed to a different number.

So I called the new number 416-488-0219. Could never get a hold of anyone and left messages. I found that odd that a credit card company did not have multiple lines. No one ever returned my messages. I called and called and finally I got someone. I talked with him and he told me that I should be getting my cards that week, that was 3 weeks after I had the money debited from my account. I never received them. Then I called and called and called again leaving messages no answer. I finally got a hold of someone and she said that it takes 5 days to receive the debit information and from that date it takes one month for the cards to be sent out.

They were suppose to be sent out the 20th of October this year. I still have not received anything. I have tried calling all numbers that I got from the Better Business Bureau in Upstate New York they are either disconnected or have a message that states "your call cannot be completed as dialed". I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!
