I recieved several monthly statements stating no minimum payment due because I paid a lump sum payment. Three months later I get a monthly statement with late fees and my finance charges tripled. They stated that I should have paid something even if it wasn't required. Now, they have insisted that I'm a credit risk and cancelled my account and increased the finance charges again requiring higher payments. This company is very risky for anyone to deal with. When confronted about a letter they sent me stating that they cancelled my account because of a previous bankruptcy-the girl on the phone said it was cancelled because of late payments- of which were the months they required no payment. Blinding tactics. Out of a 45.00 payment 44.14 goes on finance. Stealing from the poor--giving to the rich. It's a robinhood company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
