First Data owns The Merchant Solutions, and is complicit in their unethical and possibly criminal misconuct, which has recently gotten them in trouble with Consumer Protection agencies and The Better Business Bureau.
Frist Data, via The Merchant Solutions, will bill you for fraudulent and unathorized charges, and not notify you of the charges and the process to "opt out" until after your account has been auto-debited. Then they will refuse to refund the money, and violate the terms and conditions of their own contracts, by trying to enforce an early termination penalty.
