About 3 months ago I signed a credit card processing agreement with Icon Payment Solutions. That story is a nightmare in and of itself but the part that concerns First Data is worse. The Icon Payment Solutions sales rep had me sign their processing agreement which apparently had a small section (no where stating First Data Global Leasing) that said I was agreeing to lease equipment.
One day, I received a debit card pinpad (which I already have) and I noticed several days later that my account had been ACHed by First Data Global Leasing. I called Icon Payment Solutions and they referred me to First Data. I had no idea this company even existed, much less that I had "signed" an agreement with them. They informed me that I was under a 48 month NON-cancellable lease for $100/mo.
I contacted my bank and had them put a stop payment on my account. The following month a First Data rep contacted me and told me that they would file a claim knocking my credit.
I asked them to provide a contract that I had signed with them and they e-mailed me a contract that had my signature LIFTED from the form I signed with Icon Payment Solutions!!! They fraudulantly charged me! I'm in the process of getting this reconciled legally.
Do not do business with First Data Global Leasing or Icon Payment Solutions.

Please help: Seeking all victims of forgery and/or altered documents by First Data and subsidiaries CardService International and First Data Global Leasing, First Data Merchant Services, Express Merchant Services or any of their aliases.

If you have been damaged, you may want to consider suing under the RICO Act. I did.
The good news is no one is doing anything to stop these people, so they should have plenty of money to pay you when you win your case...lol... :(
