A salesman for Access Fleet came into our business and started telling us that they could get us all kinds of fleet work for our business and all we had to do was sign a 2 year contract.

We took a couple of days and thought about it and called some of the referrals that he gave us and it was all good.

When he returned he was telling us how much money we would lose out on if we turned down this offer. You know the once in lifetime opportunity. He told us that the only way to take the fleet cards for payment was to use their company and their machine. We signed what a mistake.

They turned out to be First data and First Data Global leasing.

There was so much money that they were taking from our account and $79.18 a month to lease a machine. I called First Data because they had 3 different companies withdrawing from our account and found a better company. They lowered their fees. But started charging a minimum fee. After 34 months was tired of it and called another company and bought their machine for $115.00. Better rates and no contract.

First Data is threatening me. They want $2100.00 for the lease and $300.00 early termination fee.

I made an offer and they would not accept it. We have have already paid for 23 machines at the price of 115.00. I sent their machine back.

Turning us over to collections and on our credit report.

Do not make this mistake. They are ripoffs big time. It is time for a class action suit.
