We are one of the many, many victims of Ramil Palafox, who is posing as Attorney, Real Estate Agent/Broker, Loan Modification Agent, Corporate Credit Card Agent, Respa/Tila Attorney, Bankruptcy Attorney. (But our investigation result showed RAMIL PALAFOX is not licensed as such. Ramil Palafox had been taking hard earned money from Filipinos, Hispanics, Armenians, Elders - people who are desperate to save their homes.
RAMIL PALAFOX had taken over $700,000 from people who trusted him with their homes. We are one of these people and we lost our home due to RAMIL PALAFOX.
Through our investigation, we found out that RAMIL PALAFOX is not the real owner of LEGAL SOLUTIONS INC., CONTRARY TO HIS representations. The Real owner and President is Jonathan Sarte, Esq. who also practices law in the Philippines.
On December 3, 2009 RAMIL PALAFOX was fired by Jonathan Sarte due to embezzlement of Legal Solutions Inc's Clients' Funds. RAMIL PALAFOX, after being fired from LEGAL SOLUTIONS INC, reestablished himself at 19316 Ventura Blvd, Tarzana, CA 91356 doing the same thing he had been doing, promising to save consumers' homes through loan modification, Predatory Lender Lawsuits, filing Bankruptcy, or Respa Tila Case Lawsuit. The fee RAMIL PALAFOX asks per client is between $6,000 to $15,000, he would not give a receipt nor sign the Retainer Agreement. He tells people he has a Legal Counsel David Van Sickle, Esq, who has a bad record with the California State Bar. Both ask clients to pay up front money of between $3,000 to $6,000 and says they have a very good case (even before reviewing the documents).
RAMIL PALAFOX AND DAVID VAN SICKLE had been contacting LEGAL SOLUTIONS CLIENTS and telling them that LEGAL SOLUTIONS have all the clients' money and to help these clients on their cases, the new Corporation RAMIL PALAFOX established need to collect in advance to help them save their homes.
Many people have come forward to prove RAMIL PALAFOX is a rip-off and these people have evidences with them.
