First National and First Premiere Bank rip-off! Continual harrasment! Sioux Falls South Dakota

First National: Ripoff. Money taken out over a year. Then from my account visa card. When I changed accounts due to stolen day planner with cash, cards etc. Discovered the ACH while I was at a conference was taken out. $9.95 each and every month for a year. Thank goodness my bank refunded and stopped this action.

First Premire: Ripoff My husband and I have been ripped off with a gold card promised low rates interest. Billed late and overlimits and received demands of payments right after receving cards. When I wrote them to inform them I was disappointed and to quit calling. They still call. Wrote to me that they closed the account. Asked I destroy cards that I had reported stolen. Accounts still adding late fees, and overlimits. Continual harrasment... calls, demands. It's like they don't know what stolen cards means...Can you help? They also charged fees of over $100.00 to set up the account. Only used the cards twice. Big time Ripoff.

Also, FCNB: raised my limit then cancelled the card. Went up to double of what I owed. Missing only one payment being late. After having good service and no problems to problems. Ruined my credit.
