Aptly named: First Response.
They will rush out to sell you new garage doors and openers. However, I had to shame them to come back and realign one of the openers that was so far off center, it torqued and twisted the drive rail.
Eight months later I need a tune up on one door that will not close. Left several messages on their "hot line" and got no call back. Finally got a live person and made an appointment for a week later. I even called the day of appointment to verify. No show, no call back.
I have left new messages today. No Response.
Glad they are so busy. They have lost my business for home and several managed rental properties.
I would recommend them to no one.
