I contacted First Response to repair my garage door that wouldn't open. The guy tried to upsell me on everything. He then replaced my springs, rollers, adjusted and lubed everything. My garage door still made a clicking noise that I didn't have before he started working on it. He promised that it would stop. Well, it never did.

I called him several times and made several appointments with him and he never showed up. He finally started hanging up the phone when I called. He has had to change his business name several times because of his business practices.

They send out these coupons that they don't even honor. When you try to get prices over the phone so you are not wasting you time, he will just hang up.

He gave me a 20yr warranty that isn't worth the paper he wrote it on.
