Flat fair Misrepresented a product and ripped me off El Monte California

I ordered a product that was completely mislabeled and advertised incorrectly. On June 15 I Purchased from flat fair.com an item labeled "rainbow kids contemporary black metal twin twin trundle bunkbed" for $214.99, $393.99 with shipping. Sku# 13790125. Order # 000003574. Not only is the bunkbed labeled in the title as a trundle bed but the picture also shows the trundle bed. No trundle bed came with the product. I did call customer service and the representative admitted to me that this was a mistake that they made. He did not however offer to fix the mistake. He referred me to a customer service representative named Ladz who had emailed me previously to confirm shipping details. Ladz also apologized for the mistake in a follow up email but in no way offered to fix the problem. In fact you can look the item up on their website and it is still improperly advertised. I have tried to contact Ladz on the phone and I'm not getting a response. I have also attempted to leave a review for the product on flat fairs website and I've had no success. I think if they wanted to make this right they would send me the trundle frame and fix the improper listing. I want other consumers to understand that these people cannot be trusted.
