flex card program unsecured visa your not alone,i did not get my flex card visa either. Internet

no  , you are not alone.  i am  afraid there are many of us. it started  nov.3,2011 for me  approved for  a 2200.00  unsecured visa.  Just  pay 68.00 security deposit  and you will get your card in 7-10 days.  Than it was  we are  sorry  the company putting on the magnetic  strips  is behind.  you will now get your  card between dec.1-6  . then after the  6th passed they said  they were mailed  wait until the 10th.  when the visa didnt come than i called. now they have a message saying due to unexpected growth  they are updating there  phone lines  and should be back to receiving calls by the 16th.  when you e-mail them u just get a mass produced on back saying  all cards applied for oct.24 thru nov.15  are in transit!!!! oh and happy  holidays.  my husband says  they are  gone and the phone lines wont be back on.  me on the other hand  still  waits  for the card  to get here...... everyday, i have never been scammed  before!   my question is how are they getting away with  this?  and how do we get our money back?  i just  received another  e-mail  tonite that said  , change you life apply for the flex card program visa.  itll change your  life  alright.  please if u read this   DO NOT pay for this card.....its  not coming.
