I ordered two flirty girl fitness dvd's for about $17.00 from an AD I saw on TV.  I called to order and gave all my information to purchase the DVD's.  I spent 25 minutes on the phone declining numerous offers and subscription plans.  I stayed on the phone and kept going through the automated service to ensure that I wouldn't be enrolled in any further programs.  Within 2 weeks I received the two DVD's which didn't even get my heart rate up.  The dance moves were ridiculous and non-aerobic.  The instructor was giggling throughout the video (probably laughing at idiots like me for buying this dvd).  I chaulked it up as a waste of $17....until I noticed I was charged $27 the following month on my credit card.  I called customer service and they informed me that I should have read the packing slip from the DVD because it states that I was enrolled in a monthly program.   I informed her that I specifically stayed on the phone to make sure I didn't do that.  She mumbled something about phone glitches before I cut her off and explained that I would be filing a police report for fraudulant use of my credit card.  She agreed to cancel my subscription and refund the money today provided I returned the merchandise that is supposedly on its way.  I have yet to see what is to come of all this, but this company's products are a scam from beginning to end.  Do NOT order anything from them or give them a credit card number.
