This company or the Fed loan modification Law Center are the big scam. We are one of the victim as well. After they took our money $1500. weeks went by I kept asking for the update of the loan mod process, They excuse was is in process of negogiation and it could take 60 to 90 days. After I keep calling them. They start change the rept that handling my file. After that no answer phone call, No respond e-mail and now no respond from the company. Make long story short how is this company got advertize into television channel process. Should television channel check them out or do some kind of verification to be sure this company is registered by BBB or certify by the real law firm before advertize in television. This is only my opinion. I don't want to see other peoples fall into fault advertize again.

to anyone who has been scamed by them do not stand back and let them keep your money! getting what is yours back is a crappy process but it is worth it do not let them profit from yo u! i was scamed by them the first week of january. i hired a lawyer appointed to me from the attorney generals office and he got them to settle for 10 thousand dollars! i had the check with in 3 weeks! what they are doing is against the law even if they were a legit company(which thy are NOT!) it it is against the law to take money for any kind of mortgage mod before the papers are signed and the mod is 100% complete! it is punishable to 3-12 times the amount you were out in pain in suffering they are required to pay for this kind of scam!@ get back what is yours! i just got my mortgage settled today iwth our lender but if you talk to them a lot of times there are things they can do for you if you just ask!
