Flora Permanent Beauty Center Worst service ever, Very disrespectful, All about money San Francisco California

Six months ago I got my permanent eyebrow tattoo done in Flora Permanent Beauty Center. Flora, the owner said, come back after six months and I can get a retouch for just $10. I called two weeks before the 6th month anniversary of my eyebrow tattoo to schedule an appointment. The problem already started here, it was so difficult to get the date that I want, I was rescheduled twice and finally got an appointment today, June 5, 2009. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and the owner opened the door, pretending to be stunned that I was there. Apparently, she's extremely busy with 3 other customers and she only has one helper. She asked only retouch right? How about facial? How about wax? This woman always sells you stuffs, 'cause she's all about money. It's excruciating for her to serve you for only $10. Anyway, she asked me to come in and she hurriedly ask me to lie down. One customer in the next room was complaining about something so she had to attend to her twice. She started retouching my eyebrows WITHOUT even numbing the are (this usually takes 30 minutes). It was so painful, I was holding back tears. And then after five minutes she says it's done. It was so shocking to me, because the first time I did my eyebrows, it took an hour for it to get done. I understand, that this is a retouch, so it won't take an hour, but I've had retouches in the past and it took a good 35 minutes excluding the waiting time for the numbness to take effect. She could see that I was so unhappy and then she told me come back after two hours! Is she kidding me?? I said I took the BART and MUNI to get here on time and now, you're telling me to come back after two hours?? Then she said after one hour and then after 30 minutes. And then she said come back again after two months. I don't know why it's bleeding a lot. DUH! Because you didn't numb the area. It was such a sloppy job not to mention so excruciatingly painful, because she was rushing the job so much. It's so strange, because I was treated quite well when I had to pay $150 the first time I did it, and for the retouch, just because it's only $10 and I did not buy all the other services she was selling me on the spot, she just disrespected me so much. I have not been treated more badly in my life. This is the absolute worst experience I had with a beauty center. It's so clear that Flora Tan is all about money. What a PIG!
