Dear Karen

I am writing this letter to introduce myself and to inform you of the trouble I have.

Mr. Brown threaten my life direct in that he called me on my cell phone while he traveled from florence to Timmonsville, SC, yelling and shouting over the phone that he was going to end the situation that night. He stated he was coming to my house and to have my piece ready. I have the whole conversation recorded on tape,b.)In fear of my life, I left my Timmonsville home and was not there by the time he arrived from Florence, SC. But he drove up behind my car in the street in Timmonsville, still shouting threats and almost ran me off the street. I wouldn't stop my car until I reached the Timmonsville Police Station and the Officer on duty heard Mr. Brown's shouting and threats towards me over my cell phone. When Mr. Brown saw me going to the Police Department, he passed on by.    c.) After getting instructions from the Officer on what my next step should be, based on what the Officer heard Mr. Brown say to me on my cell phone, I proceeded to the Florence County Magistrate Ofice the next day to obtain due process of the situation, while still fearing for my life, as I still am as I write to you and I have small children at my house to care for every other week. I am also disabled.

   d.) I played back the conversation for , my Uncle O'Neal Rush , who reared me in Timmonsville as I was growing up. My Uncle O'Neal is 65 years old, retired, on a fixed income, and volunteer his time working in elections and politics in Timmonsville. Since the situation occureed, he now sits on his couch most days with his Daddy's old hunting gun on his lap and his Daddy's old pistol under his pillow every night almost while he sleeps. I believe he is also in fear of his live as well from the conversation him and I have had since this situation started.

e.) I spend my days taking my 7 year old and 16 year old to school when it is my week to keep them. Other than that, as soon as I awake and get dressed, I fear for my life so bad until I go to my Uncle O'Neal's house all day. 

f.) Upon filing for a restraining order at the Florence County Magistrate's  office, I arrived in Judge Guiles court while Mr. Brown and his wife toook the defensive position. With the entire trial recorded and on transcript, before Judge Guiles could complete the first question to Mr. Brown; Mr. Brown disrespectfully asked, ("is this a civil thing"?) After receiving his answer from the court, he than blurted out in his disrespectful tone saying,(" yeah well I did everything he say I did and said everything he say I said").

G. Finally, when Judge Guiles asked Mr. Brown direct,what he would have done if he caught me that night, Mr. Brown replied, ("I WOULD HAVE MESSED HIM UP PRETTY BAD, PRETTY BAD"). 

H. Judge Guiles granted me my restraining order for 12 months.

I). Mr. Brown, apparently seeking vengeance, filed for a restraing order against me, accusing me of keying his car.

J. On the day of the hearing on Mr. Brown's restraining order, he brought my estranged wife in to testify on his behalf. Blondell Carter-Muhammad is her name. I had file for a legal separation from her several months earlier  due to her private relationship with Mr. Brown.

4. Told judge that He will hurt me pretty bad,etc

5. I am still in fear of my life I am disable also

6. seek vengeance he file injuction against me for a restraining order  he prejury him judge dissmiss case

Now when I have new information the judge want allow me due process and equal protection of the law, freedom of expression, right to be free of cruel and unusual punishment. I feel they are helping this suspect

7. the case is still pending in court and the police and sheriffs office said I need to renew that order.

8 I am a for:councilman for this state will you please help me in any way that you can.   

9. Judge Guiles has taking new job and now Judge Cooper said he don't want to hear nothing another Judge did  

10. Is it Judge Cooper court or the people court would not allow me to file for a renewal hearing and has black ball my name

11.Benjamin E. Brown Jr. was arrest

12 Benjamin E. Brown Jr. I believe still out on bond

13. will not hear and block me from file SCCA/754 Notice and Motion To Extend Restraing Order Harassment and Stalking
