Sent order via web site 1/15/05. Conformation of order received on 1/16/05. Credit card account was debited 01/19/05. After not receiving goods I sent a inquiry E-mail to the sales dept, and received a e-response that stated, they had been doing inventory, all orders would be shipped by the first week in febuary. Having no reason to believe fraud I still waited. On 02/08 I sent a e-mail requesting the shipping date and tracking #. On 02/09/05 I saw all the reports on Rip off.com, I promply filed a police report and will contact by credit card company tomorrow. Also contacted the miami police fraud dept. Monetary in excess of $600.00

After police and credit card company involved kits arrived ,parts missing .Paid for hand selected,live and learn.,,,,again.Still ongoing ,To be resolved.
