Florida Gun Works ripoff Miami Florida

I have made many purchases on the web over the last few years and this is potentially my first experience at getting ripped-off. As stated by others, my credit card was charged for an HK Tactical Walnut Pistol Grip, yet I have never received this item that was ordered almost 2 months ago. I have e-mailed 8+ times. I did receive a response on the 2nd request saying there were server problems and to re-direct my e-mail to another e-mail address, fgworderstatus@aol.com, but nothing since.

Matt - If this company is as honest as you say it is PLEASE POST A PHONE NUMBER AND ANSWER YOUR E-MAILS!!! As stated in the prior posts on this web-site there is no phone number listed on FGW's web site, maybe that is one lesson I will learn from this. I am not a complainer and have never posted anything like this before.
