FloridaWay Dreamscape ripoff fraudulent billing!!! Clearwater Florida

In September I received a phone call offering some interesting packages to be sent by mail. One of them was this Florida vacation for 4 people, which I agreed to receive. They said I would have 7 days to cancel it, otherwise I'll be billed for $149. I actually didn't receive anything.

I checked my bank account online and found out that a check was paid to the order of FloridaWay, with the address I provided. I am able to see all the copies of checks online, so I have all the info, it also says "This is a LEGAL COPY of your check. You can use it the same way you would use the original check.

I called the number showed on that check, they offered me a new package to be send, so I can look up and if I don't like it I'd be able to cancel and refund the money. I never received anything.

Today I called them again. I canceled my account and found the way to refund. Assistant gave me address, where I have to send a note to and they'll send me check with $149 back.

But it's not the end. The address she provided is almost the same as on the copy of the check my bank has, but names of the cities differ.

Address on the check: 2655 Ulmerton Rd. Ste. 407, Clearwater, FL 33762
Address she gave me: 2655 Ulmerton Rd. Ste. 407, Largo, FL 33762

I went online to find out if either of those addresses exists, that's how I found www.ripoffreport.com. I checked the zip code for Largo, it's different. I'm sending a letter to the first address, hope it'll work out. We'll see.
