This website is very appealing, the flowers advertised are beautiful, the prices and discounts are wonderful, and they even guarantee delivery within 4 hours if you pay an additional fee. 

Guess what.  None of this is true.  You place your order and can also use Paypal to complete the order.   You payment is processed immediately.  You must finish the entire payment processing before you see the final total. And remember this is "Express Checkout".    That is where you are caught.  If you decide not to go forward with the order and try to close out of the website, an advertisement comes up that they will discount your order another $20-30 dollars.  Leaving your flower order costing you $9.99.   If it is too good to be true, believe me - it is probably not true!

Once you finalize processing there is no turning back.   You will be very surprised of the additional costs included on the final total. You then feel - well o.k. - I receive a good discount and paid for expedited delivery within 4 hours.  At a price of $45.09 you still feel you have received a deal.

So you 4 hours window for delivery passes and you try to find out if your order had been deliverd.  This was such a special order.   Someone is leaving your employment after 21 years and you want to make sure the employee receives one final special gift from you even after the retirement party.  The final special goodbye.   You start looking on the website for customer service and are confused because your receipt shows Wesley Berry Flowers, not floristexpress.com.   You call the 1-800 number on the website and you have to choose whether you want to place on order or check on the order.  You click on #2 "check on an order" and the automated answering service states "you call is important to us, please wait on the line for the next representative", so you continue to hold, and hold, and hold......   You call back and the same thing happens except this time someone answers and says "Please hold" and you hold, and hold, and hold.....  According to the website the "FDE staff provides the ultimate in customer service 24 hours a day 7 days a week 52 weeks a year.  We Never Close!".   Oh my, I say to myself.  I wonder where they were trained in customer service.  I was really expecting a remarkable customer experience based on their wonderful website.  Per their instructions:'Thank you for choosing Flwoer Delivery Express for your floral gift giving needs.  We'll handle yurorder with very special care.  If you have any questions, email us at admin@flowerdeliveryexpres.net ".   So I send that email to inquire about my order.  Two days later - still no response. 

You finally find a link to request a confirmation of your order and you receive an email  "Your order is logged and currently being filled. Our nationwide network of florists and delivery drivers are constantly updating our logs with completed bouquets, driver assignments and delivery confirmations. However, some of these updates may be delayed by changing delivery routes, florist backlog, and additional delivery attempts. We will confirm your order delivery via email or text message (if you chose that option) as soon as our system is updated.  Thank you for your business, Wesley Berry Flowers"

You continue to call with no luck.    You check you Paypal account and Lo and Behold they have charged you - express checkout - $45.09 from your Paypal account.  You dispute the charge with Paypal and Paypal allows 21 days for this vendor to respond to you complaint.

Long story short.  Don't use this company!  You will be wasting your time, your money, and your "best wishes".
