Every thing the first complaint makes is true. This peice os crap even was trying to rent his homw that is in foreclosure (not telling the renter of course), but he would give a large discount for "prepayment"...you can see the angle..tkae the money and run.

I noticed this report and thought anyone reading it should know that is is completely false. I checked with the county recorders office to verify if the house was actually subject to foreclosure when I was seeking to rent the home. It is **Not** in foreclosure and never has been.

I am not sure what the writer from Eagan's intentions were, but he simply lied. Maybe Eagan's cerdit application was denied for his own mis-doings or prior evictions (yes, check out Eagan's background for the real truth in this story).

The house is great and the owner told the entire truth of his situation--more details than were necessary.

I would rent from him again!
