I can refer to the gentleman from Boston, Massachusetts. I was promised only 25 qualify leads per month. I received maybe 20 in the past two months and only two of them I was able to contact (they were just a tire kickers ), other 18 were bogus. Fortunately I had to pay for this state of the art system provided by Fluent, Inc only $9,000.00 not like other person 12K ( it was on special ). This is not counting another $300 paid to Google for worthless clicks. My page has nothing to do with what I'm doing but when I question the look I was assure that they people know what they doing.
All I want to say in adition to report from Boston. If you have 10K you dont need, have Fluent build your lead generating system.
