Foad (Frank) Ziyad Frank at Eazy Mobile Inc. Misrepresented Quality of iPhone 6's Sold to MobilePlus Worldwide Midlothian Illinois

Purchased what was supposed to be a mix of A/B grade iPhone 6's from Zoad (Frank) Ziyhad on February 29, 2016 which was paid with a cashier's check.  

Turns out that he shipped us C/D and F grade phones worth far less then we paid for A/B grade phones.

Before the purchase was completed, he assured me he would take care of any issues with the phones as he wanted to establish a good working relationship with my company.

When the first phone out of the lot I purchased from him was returned (Amazon order), I contacted him to inform him of the issue with the phone.  This was a big surprise to me and a major concern due to the quality so I took the remaining lot to a repair technican to review and let me know what his assessment was of the phones.

Unfortunately his report showed most all of phones had bent frames, some had burned LCDs and others were dinged up beyond "B" grade quality. Said it was a bad lot of phones this time.

I contact Frank to let him know of these findings and asked him to either take the lot back or provide a $2,000 credit.  He refused to take them back or provide a refund/credit even though he assured me he would take care of any issues with the phones.

He also sells his phones on B-Stock Supply, which is where I was first exposed to him. He was able to get my phone number from B-Stock Supply and contacted me directly with the phones he had for sale.

Spent $19,000 with him which is no small amount of money. I have not been able to move these phones due to the quality being C/D and F grade. So, we are out $19,000.00.

This guy is not honest or a man of his word.
