Foggifts.com, Aka Frog Gifts froggifts.com is a scam - I ordered, they took my money, after weeks and several emails, they sent the wrong product, promised to refund my shipping back to me, promised to send correct product, never got it Brooksville Florida

on June 6, 2008, I ordered a four piece canister as well as a cookie jar. On June 9, 2008, froggifts.com removed $100.40 from my account and sent me a confirmation email with a link for the order information. When I went to the link, it was password protected - the password never being provided to me.

I contacted froggifts.com, but they never answered. Approximately 4 weeks later, I still had not received my product. I called and called, yet only got a machine every time. I contacted them once again by email - this time threatening them with government agencies, board of consumer affairs, and wherever I could post, I finally got an answer - that they had a death in the family. The person apologized and sent the wrong canister set which was being sold for less money. I immediately sent it back and contacted froggifts.com stating that they sent the wrong set. I was sent an apology and was told to keep the wrong set as a gift for the inconvenience. After receiving yet another email from me stating that I don't want the one they sent, that I had sent the wrong one back, and that I wanted a shipment refund, I received another email from them.

I was told that they would send out my order that day and as soon as they received the other set, they would refund the $33.50 shipping to my account. I never received my order despite letters and complaints, as well as threatening them again to turn them in to the FBI, CIA, Board of Consumer Affairs, Homeland Security (face it - many people supply funds to terrorists through unlawful or seemingly legal websites or real estate, etc.), and post it on the internet. I told them that they had until Monday. I got no answer, and it's been over a week. I also called, and just get either the answering machine or it is full. Fortunately, my bank is crediting the money. Bottom line - do NOT purchase through froggifts.com!
