Food Lovers Fat Loss System, Myfoodlovers, Provider Life Sciences Sent and billed a canceled order Charleston South Carolina

 There was a TV add for this weight loss program for a very nominal fee.  We called to order and the telemarketer kept saying and you will need to have this item and this item and this item to make the system work.  The final bill was over a $100. over the TV add price!  We told the telemarketer to cancel the order immediately.  They went ahead and chaged us and sent the order.  I was billed the next day on my credit card and I filed a grievnce with the Chase that day and was told they would look into it and that was in late October.  Chase called today 1/8/14 and said I should contact the company and I called Foodlovers and they said too much time has elasped can't send order back you are stuck with it.
