I paid Foreclosure Defens Law Center 2,000 on Novembers 13,2009 to modify my home mortgage loan. The customer rep stated that the funds will be put into a reserve and if the loan was not modified I will receive a refund. On Dec.2.09 I was advised that a modified could not be archived and would be receiving a refund. Dec 18 no refund. I have call several times and left several messages. I have not received or hear anything.
