FORTIS ONLINE - CRIMINAL JUSTICE STUDENT SEEKING JUSTICE AFTER VICTIMIZED BY SCHOOL! GRANT FRAUD, THEFT, DECEPTIVE PRACTICES, MENTAL ABUSE, ETC. Centerville Ohio

First, I will start by stating how difficult it will be for me to cover everything I need about this after the mental suffering and financial and eductation loss I endured since my choosing of this College to trust with my future and finances at their control/power....Just to be slowly victimized, watching my grant money, etc. be ripped from me, and having them viciously acknowledge it on the phone to date!  Yes,,,I spoke with one employee of the school last evening who basically told me to "deal with it"...

The admissions process was "pleasant" enough,,,as they needed to be to charm your way in....During the enrollment and financial aid/grant stuff, I was told to change things on my applictations to reflect a greater need and benefit more for "my future and it's needs.  One of the biggest hard hitting and still damaging to me daily now, was a sell pitch, so to speak for the purchase of a brand new, $960 Business Class "Super Computer", which I definately wanted and desperately needed.  Especially the fact that, I myself can only use a Business Class laptop where the number keys are to the right on the keyboard, which I am used to....I was told I would have it by class start date 7/8/2013.

I did not recieve the computer that I asked the government for the grant money, which was approved remeber,,,,instead, I recieved a shocking $300 barebones minimum laptop that also does not have the key functions where I need them either.  This computer, besides already feelings of possibly being taken, gave me exterme tech support/hardware issues....The pc came with NO recovery media, and there was NO option or choice to create an emergency backup of these files that usually your new computer MAKES YOU AWARE of the urgency to do so or recovery or repair will be impossible....  Not this pc, after your first boot into Windows, and you open "recovery manager media creator" IT STATES THAT THE RECOVERY PARTITION HAS BEEN DELETED and media cannot be created.  I needed this recovery media after DAY 1, after updating windows and system rebooted, it didn't boot up, instead TELLING ME I NEED THE RECOVERY SOFTWARE for this pc.... 

Oh, no,,,,it keeps getting WORSE, keep reading, this ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO ME!  So this started the first support ticket opening, which I told everyone what the issue is,,,the pc is asking for the recovery software to restore it to factory settings, still needed to issue ticket, and possible 24 hour turnaround.   NOPE, the ticket went ignored, for 3 weeks "work in progress" causing me attendace issues, etc.  I HAD to call them back after 3 weeks, frantically needing assistance, the restore media....Just to be informed that the person who helped me with the ticket # , etc. the first time should have just gave me the pc tech support (the real tech support, who works w/pcs) toll free number and they would have sent the flash drive overnight....Which took place after the 3 weeks... 

After getting the flash drive, restored pc, I immediately went to the recovery media creator program, opened it, and again the recovery partition has been deleted and is impossible to create.  Not only that, but, this means that there are no short cut "F8" emergency startup repair functions, etc. from boot menu. 

I JUST NOW, found out the truth, everyone knew what I was talking about all along with this,,,,because THE PC COMPANY that FORTIS has put the students pc's together TECH SUPPORT I spoke with said,,,,"I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, THAT IS PURPOSELY TURNED OFF SO THAT IT DOESN'T DELETE OFFICE PRODUCTS!!!  WHAT?? 

ANYWAY, I was told yesterday when I gave another chance to let them send me my PC I AGREED TO, AND WAS APPROVED FOR, voluntarily.... He told me that I recieved a pc that the school finds to be sufficient enough for my needs and to deal with it.

VERY EMOTIONALLY TRAUMATIZED, FEEL SO DEFEATED AND BEATEN!!  HELP ME!  I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!
