This vendor claimed to provide marketing list services based on specific criteria, such as titles and company size, but never delivered the list based on the titles. They made up titles to try to trick me into agreeing that the contract was fulfilled. They lied about their capabilities, never delivered the specified contacts, and refused to refund our money. They are not a credible supplier and have effectively stole $4000 from our company.
