Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I invested $22,000 with Fossil Oil Company in Huston. They claimed 5.6 times return (200 - 400 barrels oil dail production.) After two years, I received nothing, and they sent me letter and demonded extra money. If you don't pay, you will be penalized. After reading ripoff reports, I realized that I will never get my money back. The investor will be the losers forever. By publishing my lession, I hope therer is way to sue or investigate this company so that no more victims are trapped by this company.

Either Fossil Oil is unqualified to run this kind of Joint Venture, or it practices this way for totally different purpose. The whole deal is absolutely unfair to investors. Investors have no power at all. Fossil Oil can send investor cash call to demand extra money to continue to fund a losing business. If an investor doesn't pay, he or she can be penalized.
