I lost $28,000 investing in the 2014 antioch venture and another $50,000 to the off shore jv project. They are now asking for monthly installments to cover losses, which has cost me another $1200. I was looking for a good investment and fossil robbed me of my life savings the project they were selling failed way before they started taken money I did not have the requirements to invest. Requirements were to have 250000 in the bank I did not have they should've never taken my money they then send me a letter for loss as tax write off what a scam what can I do to get my money back this happened in 2012

California charged Fossil Oil Company LLC for unlawful offer security. I guess that all the investors could loss several million dollars. If all the investors work together to recover loss, the chance is very high that a lawyer is willing to work on this with no fee.

I understand that some investors may still hope to receive the return, or unwilling to cause any trouble. However, it is simply not right for them to lose their hard earn money to this company silently.

Hello, I feel your pain I was  a victime too, so far  three of us have reported this company maybe we should all work together on this.

If all the Fossil Oil investor can communicate and find a lawyer, there might be a chance to recover the loss. When the combined losses are more than $100,000; some lawyers offer no-recovery no fee charge against this kind of company.
