Fox Ledge Spring Water Fox Transport Wrongful Termination Honesdale Pennsylvania

 Fox Ledge Spring Water, Bottles water at its plant located in Honesdale Pennsylvania. They run two shifts and also have there own fleet of trucks and truck drivers to deliver there bottled water. First I would say when I was first employed I was lied to wright away. During my interview I was told that I would be paid 13.00 to 16.00 dollars per hour, I was paid 15.00 per hour and in 90 days a performance review would be conducted and I would recieve a 1.00 per hour raise. I was told my start time would be 10:30 am untill closing , which was correct for the first 4 weeks. After it was changed to 11:30 untill closing, then shortly after It was changed once again to 1:00 pm untill 11:00 pm. I lost near 12 hours aweek this 12 hours was over time pay. When I asked my supervisor, he warned me first he said nothing about a raise after 90 days and the hours are what they are. I am and was for Fox Transport a very hard dependable worker, The first shift person was an old fart that thought the company would go banckrupt if he didnt work there and the owners Al, and Dominic kissed his a** like you wouldnt believe. I was suspended for three days because I asked him to do something that he refused and was allowed to refuse to do, simply put, I asked him to fuel the yard truck and didnt I thanked him with an attitude and was suspended.

I was very upset and refused the suspencion so I was fired, while being esscorted out of the plant by the two owners, my supervisor and a plant supervisor, my supervisor kept saying to me, You would really like to take a swing at me wouldnt you, 3 maybe 4 times he said this. I just said to him, yes I would but i wouldnt do it on company property to meet me down the street or at his home. When I got into my vehicle to leave there was a truck blocking the driveway so i was unable to leave, the one owner Dominic, pulled out a gun the other owner had a gun the plant supervisor had a gun, they were pounding on my vehicle demanding that I leave at once, but the drive way was still blocked. My girlfriend worked in the plant they also fired her, said it was in everybodys best intrest that they let her go. They do not drug test there plant employes, and most of them do drugs, they threatened to drug test all of them after recieving an email for a concerned employee, guess who. But they didnt follow through with it because that meant they would have to spend money. They have in the past pulled out there guns to many employes, they have threatened one employee to fire him if he went to his grand fathers furnel, they fired another fork lift driver because of lies that another fork lift driver was saying about him, they have fired people for some of the dumbiet reasons. Its not that hreat of a job 8.40 per hour and they treat there employees like crap, disrespect them.

I realize people need to work but to take a job like this and work for the people like Al, Dominic, Bill, and Ryan, noway should anybody have to take the crap that they dish out. There are many companys that bottle water, for the retail business to use Fox Spring Water as a vendor/supplier of the bottled water they sell in there stores, you are just allowing a company to stay in business that really treats there employes like s**t. Please get a diffrent vendor. Thank You
